Technical assistance and Advance services (TAC)

Rexus Technical Assistance Center (TAC) is a vendor-agnostic TAC service. By availing this service customers can offload their post-sale technical troubleshooting or problem-solving requirements to Rexus. Rexus will assign its technical team and, if necessary, collaborate with OEM TAC teams to resolve issues or provide a conclusive report with corrective actions.

Rexus TAC provides multivendor TAC support for OEMs such as Cisco, Juniper, Avaya, AWS, F5, Fortinet and others. Our TAC offering is complemented by Implementation Management Services (IMS), which deliver post-sale implementation support — including low-level design documents, remote or on-site implementation (in special cases), and post-implementation documentation.

Customers benefit from a single, centralized channel for troubleshooting, faster resolution times, and access to experienced engineers across multiple technologies and vendors.
