Bronze, Silver & Gold packages are services done by shared resource. Only Platinum packages are services done by dedicated resources, number of resources will be based on customer’s requirement.
In the shared packages the per month proposal or bid types are limited to hours mentioned in below slide of PBMS service packages. If the customer needs additional PBMS support beyond the defined hours of a package the customer has to add number of hours or upgrade the package.
Minimum service duration is for one year and maximum is for 3 years, however initially customers can avail services for individual assignments, proposal or projects, post that customers can sign up either for a one year or a three-year contract.
